Adobo Baboy (Pork Adobo) Adobo (A dish cooked in vinegar and soy sauce) is a filipino food favorite. This recipe can be done with pork, chicken or even both! There are many variatoins for this recipe, you could even try it with beef.

A tasty recipe indeed, even the smell of it cooking is enough to make you feel hungry for sure Adobo has to be the tastiest dish in the Philippines!

  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper or 1 tsp. peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • oil, for frying
