A recipe that packs a punch with its intense heat and not for the faint hearted, a fiery dish containing hot and spicy pork cooked with coconut Milk, Bogoong (shrimp Paste) and most important hot hot chilli peppers.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds (almost a kilo) pork shoulder, cubed
- 4 pcs.long green chili peppers, (seeded) or Scotch Bonet
- 2 cans (13.5 ozs.) coconut milk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion,chopped
- 2 thumb size ginger,cut in strips or shredded to make 2 teaspoons
- 2 tablespoons shrimp paste or bagoong alamang
- salt and pepper to taste
Preperation:
- Should take 10 minutes to prepare and about 30 to cook!
