Binagoongang Baboy (Pork in Salted Shrimp Paste)
Binagoongang Baboy an authentic Filipino dish. As we are all aware, anything that comes with bagoong is irresistible to Filipinos. This pork (baboy) and a bagoong flavored recipe is of no exception either.

Ingredients
- Binagoongang Baboy Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kilo pork with fat (cut into chunk cubes)
- 2 cups bagoong alamang
- 1 head of garlic (minced)
- 1 big onion (minced) 4 tomatoes (diced)
- 4 chili peppers (minced)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Preperation:
- In a casserole, boil the pork and lower the heat until the water evaporates and the pork oil starts to seep out.
- When pork is a little crispy, put in on the side and saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and chili peppers in the fat and mix pork in with that.
- Add the Bogoong and stir continously cooking for around five minutes
- Pour in the vinegar and stir.
- Add in the sugar and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed or boiled rice.
